Marianne Brown brings a unique blend of vintage furniture and photography background to her role as an interior designer at Desert Varnish Design. Growing up amidst summer road trips with her grandparents, Marianne developed a profound appreciation for antiques, quality furnishings, and the art of bartering. These early lessons planted deep-rooted obsessions with food, travel, and thoughtful home decor within her. The countless antique shop visits instilled in her a love for well-made and unique objects. Marianne’s travels and love for the desert have fueled her inspiration, leading her to curate spaces that embody both minimalist principles and a thoughtful, authentic aesthetic. Her commitment to sense of place and embracing vintage pieces reflects a conscious effort to create spaces that tell stories and support artisans.
